Summary: You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Returns Policy. Made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production has started.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at admin@hydpower.com.au or 1300 730 198 with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.
2. Cancelling after dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may return it under our Returns Policy (within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging). For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you, and original freight is non-refundable; if the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, we cover the cost.
3. Made-to-order and custom items
Custom-built, specially-ordered or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started, as these are prepared specifically for you. If you wish to cancel such an item, contact us immediately — we can only cancel if work has not yet begun.
4. Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, where the item is out of stock, where a pricing or product error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel your order we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account after we process it.
6. Your consumer rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
