1. Using this store

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Orders and acceptance

A minimum order value of $300 (AUD) applies. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm and despatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but a change does not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Specifications, images and availability are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur. If a product does not match its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
