Refund Policy

Due to the fact that some of our products are of a custom ordered nature, each refund case will be assessed by our technical department.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items: Custom made products, Any product/s specifically configured at your request & non stock items (ie items specifically ordered to your requirements). Any custom, special products or kits that are agreed by Hydpower to be returned, will attract a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please always double check your order, as unfortunately we cannot be liable for your mistakes (ie Refunds for change of mind).

CLAIMS

HydPower Hydraulics is committed 100% to your satisfaction. If any claims arise, this must be within 7 days of delivery of goods by sending an email to admin@hydpower.com.au or contacting us via phone. Any claims requests which are not lodged within the time frame specified will not be accepted.

Any costs incurred to return goods to the place of dispatch are at the buyer’s expense. Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes. “Made to order” goods and non-stock items which are accepted by the buyer in good order and condition are non-returnable. HydPower Hydraulics reserves the right to decline any return of goods.
