2. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. A minimum order value of $300 applies, and a minimum freight charge of $49 applies; freight is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
3. When payment is taken
Payment is processed at checkout. Orders are confirmed and prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared. If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed.
4. Payment security
Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and handled by certified payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Invoices
Need a tax invoice? Email admin@hydpower.com.au with your order number and we will send one.
6. Fraud prevention
We may verify, hold or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method.
