We have developed an innovative Disc Roller Constant Pressure System to significantly improve the performance of hydraulically operated agricultural Disc Seeders.
This new design & technology provides constant pressure to the disc roller cylinders from the air seeder motor supply.
The unique system provides constant force by utilising pressure reducing & relieving valving, which enables the cylinder to continuously move dynamically in both directions to follow the contours of the ground, without the need to continuously check & adjust the valve in the cabin.
THE CHOICE IS YOURS
We offer a mechanically adjustable version and also an electro-variable proportional control version with a adjustable potentiometer and LED display that can be mounted in the tractor cabin.
The proportional version also includes a manual over-ride function proportional valve to enable function without electronics if required.
ADAPTABLE
The Seeder Disc Roller Control System can be adapted to suit any machine that uses hydraulic cylinders to apply ground pressure. It can be retro fitted to exixting machinery or as a part of a product upgrade program.
